How The Course Is Run


The “LISTINGS ON DEMAND” WORKSHOP is a Six Month Program where you will develop outstanding communication and selling skills. No one reaches peak performance in any field with just a day or two of orientation. The “Listings on Demand” Workshop will prepare you for a most rewarding real estate career.

The On-Site Course starts with your personal classroom attendance for five full days at designated sites throughout the US and Canada.

You will have more skill and confidence at the end of five days  than you would have after one full year of weekly on-line sessions. Skills and confidence are the keys to  rapid improvement. For the rest of the course, you attend on-line at your computer. There are 6 one hour sessions, usually at 11:00 am EST  the first and third Wednesday of each month.

The twice monthly sessions will focus on helping you personalize the presentations and inject your own personal style. You will like the way sellers will respond as you guide them to getting the most money and the quickest sale.

By the end of the 90 days, you will be one of the most skilled listing agents in your area and enjoying more listings that sell fast and for above average prices.
